At Bright OTT, all subscription payments are billed in advance.
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for partial usage or unused periods.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
After cancellation, you will still have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
No further charges will apply after cancellation.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Send your request to info@brightandsharley.com along with your registered email and payment details.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of our policy.
This policy is subject to change and governed by Indian law.
